We'll kick off each month with a topic related to mindfulness, personal growth, or self-awareness. This sets the stage for our meditation practice and exploration.

Meditation

You'll be gently guided by Nicolle through a live meditation designed to quiet the mind, cultivate presence, and tap into your inner wisdom. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or new to the practice, our sessions are accessible and welcoming to all levels.

Discussion

Following the meditation, we'll open up the space for a few minutes of group discussion. This is an opportunity to share insights, reflections, and experiences from the meditation practice, fostering connection and community among participants.
